GETTING
IN TOUCH
We remember when getting in touch meant a nice note
on real paper, written with a pen, in cursive! Of course
times have changed and there are now a variety of ways to
communicate across the miles. No matter how you choose to
contact us, rest assured we'll do everything we can to help.

PHONE
It seems like companies try to hide this information
these days. I'm not sure what's worse, having to search
for the number or talk to someone several continents
away. We don't believe in that sort of nonsense; we
hope you'll understand.
Now
the downside of having real, live Americans answer the
phone, is that we're not able
to keep them up all night, nor can we chain them to
their desk. In other words, you may have to leave a message
from time to time. If you do, you can be sure that
we'll get right back to you.

Ah, the power to communicate instantly across vast distances. We like it and,
if you do too, feel free to drop us a line. (Don't worry, we use real, live Americans
here too. You won't get any automatic replies filled with stale platitudes and useless suggestions.)

MAIL
Please keep sending your photos and
your letters to us. We still enjoy receiving stuff in
our old-fashioned mailbox. We've all been getting mail for so long
that
you'd think the experience
would be dull and boring, but there's something about
receiving 'real' mail that still gets us excited. (When
we say 'real' mail, we are NOT talking about bills,
solicitations disguised as important letters, or anything
with a bulk
mail stamp on it. We are talking about mail with the
address written on a slight slant, in real ink, with
a color stamp.)
